2018 has been a busy and productive year for PEAK, including three separate team trips to Kenya – in January, March, and July. Our partnership continues with Rotary, and additional clean water systems have been completed in schools in Nkubu and Meru, and in a new area for us in Nakuru.

We were also very pleased to be able to assist a third women’s village in Samburu with water filters, handwashing stations, and clean water storage containers. The women in these three villages, Umoja, Unity, and Nangida, continue to enjoy the benefits of clean water, and to inspire us with their commitment to providing a better future for their children. Fundraising efforts have also enabled us to continue to sponsor seven young people with high school scholarships, and two with college tuition assistance.

We are looking forward to the coming year and the projects we have in store, with a return trip in January 201 9and other follow-up trips throughout the year.
